About the warranty Policy:

  1. Marka for less warranty policy ensures that your product is protected from any defects in materials, materials, design or workmanship that may occur after purchase. Please review the details of the products. In cases where Marka for Less sells the product directly to you and for specific products, a warranty of twelve (12) months will be provided for the eligible products purchased. In cases where the products have been purchased by another seller, the terms of that seller’s warranty will apply.

    Except for Apple products, accessories for other electronics devices are subject to a warranty of six (6) months starting from the date on which the product was purchased.

    In cases where Marka for Less is considered the seller, the warranty repairs are carried out at the authorized Marka for Less service centers. In cases where a product is purchased through a seller, not Marka for Less, the terms of the concerned seller's warranty will apply.

    To benefit from warranty services, an original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validity of the warranty.

    Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to see if they are covered by the warranty.

    This warranty cannot be extended or renewed, repair or replacement, or warranty period renewed. Warranty terms correspond to the manufacturer of your device.

    To take advantage of the warranty services in the event of any defect in your product during the valid warranty period, please submit a request through your account in Marka Four Less with attaching the product photos and the serial number and sending them, and we will contact you within 24 hours so that we can verify the type of defect and set a date for receipt the product.

Service Policy:

  1. The responsibility for the data and personal information on the devices is the responsibility of the customers and the customers are advised to make backup copies of their data, turn off the services to find the device, and remove the lock / password before handing over the device to the maintenance center.
  2. The time required to obtain device information or customer approval at the "confirmation time" is not part of the maintenance time.
  3. By sending your product to a service center, you agree to use your contact details in this way only as required in connection with the maintenance service.
  4. The customer confirms that all information provided during the warranty claim is correct.
  5. Screen protectors must be removed by the customer in order for the device to be serviced.
  6. The product will not be covered under warranty in the case of the conditions below:

  8. Liquid has been spilled on the product
  9. The product has unauthorized repairs and is checked outside our approved centers

Pickup and Delivery Policy:

  1. All products covered by the warranty are shipped at the customer's expense.
  2. Marka for Less is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping to our warehouse, please ensure that the item is packed in its original box or packaged safely.
  3. The customer must present the corresponding accessories, product and warranty to the postal company during the receipt (including headphone, battery, charger).
